Do Not Allow Anger to Block You From the Divine

Anger keeps us from experiencing the love of the Divine.
Anger separates us from true love.

Our anger is a big part of  the separation between us and the Divine.  We have closed our hearts.  We are angry because we feel the Divine does not hear us.  We are angry because we believe the Divine does not help us, does not understand that we suffer.

These are all mind blockages.  If we do not receive the way we believe we need to receive or in the timing we have selected, we become disheartened.  We have doubt.  We do not trust.  We close our heart to the Divine.

I know this process very well.  I have done it many times in past lives and in this life.

We need to believe, trust, have faith.

The Divine does not want us to suffer.  The Divine wants us to join our heart and soul with the heart and soul of the Divine.

The Divine loves us despite our anger, despite the fact we have separated ourselves from the Divine.

Please join me to do a healing blessing for anger.

Let us now practice the Tao Ba Gua Zhen Lei.  “Zhen” means Zhen Gua, one of the Ba Gua. “Lei” means thunder. 

Ba Gua Practice for healing Anger: Zhen Lei

Body Power. Sit up straight. Put one palm on your lower abdomen, below the navel. Put your other palm over your liver.  Anger manifests in the liver.

 Soul Power. Say hello to inner souls:

Dear soul mind body of my emotional body of anger and my liver,
I love you. You can heal yourself.
You can rejuvenate yourself.
You have the power to remove all soul mind body blockages from my emotional body of anger and my liver.

Do a good job! Thank you.

Say hello to outer souls:

Dear Ren Di Tian Tao thunder,
Please heal my anger. 
Please bless me.
Please help me to open my heart to the Divine.
Please help me to break down the walls I have built that separate me from the love of the Divine.
I am very grateful.

Focus your mind on your liver.  Visualize bright light shining, radiating, and flashing in your emotional body and in your liver.
